Check all your grounds in the cab and in the engine bay.

Did you do any work under the cab dash at all?

920 is a vehicle speed sensor message from the PCM.
921 is a no distance pulse from PCM.
999 is an error has been discovered.

Those are CLUSTER message - not P codes.

P1698 No CCD messages from the TCM.

Something is killing your CCD bus. Usually it is cam/crank sensor issue. Check for 5 volts present at it. The orange wire is the 5v supply. The black/light blue wire is the ground on both.

It could also be the TCM.

It doesn't have to short the cam/crank sensor. It can short out your CCD bus - the computer bus on the truck.
