Problem is that even when my truck is off and light switch is off my headlights stay on dim. as well as door locks not working interior lights not working. Pulled all grounds and cleaned them, put new battery and headlight switch in, checked all of the fuses but still cant seem to fix it. it has done this before and fixed itself but keeps coming back and seems to happen more if it rains

Welcome to the forum.

The headlights, door locks, interior lights, etc, all work off of the Central Timer Module. The headlight switch just triggers the CTM - it doesn't actually switch the power to the headlights.

You aren't using LED's are you? They can sometimes stay on dim.

I'm thinking your CTM is likely the culprit.

They are stock headlights. Where would I get a CTM, Junkyard or is there a place i can order a new one?

You can find rebuilt units on-line. It needs to match your truck.

The keyless entry will not work after changing the CTM until reprogrammed by a dealer.

Double check all your grounds.

Inquiring minds...does it matter whether the headlights are on low or high beams?
The reason I ask is they use different driver circuits in the CTM. One may be on and the other off. Probably not, but worth checking. Might keep your battery alive.
Of course, with the other problems too, you still need a CTM.

There are 4 fuses that are important to the CTM: Two in the PDC, Fuse 3-20 Amp, and Fuse 12-20 Amp; and two in the Junction Block in the driver side of the dash, Fuse 5-20 Amp, and Fuse 11-10 Amp.
The two in the PDC are hot all the time. Make sure there is 12 Volts on both sides of each of them.
The two in the JB are hot when the Ignition Switch is in "RUN". Make sure there is 12 Volts on both sides of each of them also.

The numbers yes. The letters AJ, AK, etc., refer to the revision. Sometimes they are superseded. Any good seller should be able to cross reference it.
