I guess im just going to have it pick-up and taken to my local shop. There is plenty of fuel pressure and power to the injectors but won't spray. Starts right up when fuel is sprayed in the throttle body. Thanks for everyones help i really appreciate it, I'll let you know what the findings are.

I replaced pretty much all the sensors except for the o2's. The only other thing i can think of is a security system shut down of the injectors but i won't even attempt to dig into that lol.
I'm not bad mouthing any of the people that are in love with all this computerized crap but this is absolutely stupid! Im also tinkering with a street/strip car that has 487hp to the rear's and i can go out an flip the switches and its running...good old school technology air, gas and sprark!

Was the security system an option on the 02? Do you see the security light when you try and start it? If you do, does it stay lit when the engine won't run?? Do you have the original keys? What color are they?

My friends Dad is looking at it as we speak. It has no security system and yes original key's.
He randomly tested 3 injector plug ins for continuity and all three plug ins were right around 15.6 ohms which he said is good but injectors were not "clicking" so he ran a +/- jumper directly to the injectors and they opened or "clicked".
He plugged the injectors back in and made sure they still had power and they did but injectors were not opening. So he ran the jumpers directly into the individual injector plug in and no "clicking".
Unplugged the injectors once again jumped each one with direct power and the injectors opened. Soooo, good power to all injectors but they will not open unless jumped directly...what the hell lol ???. All coils are firing good. He rechecked fuel pressure and still good (connector came off valve and sprayed over front fender!).

Need to see if the PCM is actually getting cam sensor signal. PCM uses that to determine when to fire injectors. One would think, if it WASN'T seeing that signal, but, WAS seeing that the engine was turning, it would whine about it. Also, if it saw a problem with the injector control circuits, you would like to think it would whine about that as well..... Check and see that you are getting 5 volts TO the cam sensor.
