Default Driverside door lock

I can not unlock the driver side door with a key. before I take it apart. I'm thinking its due to one of those metal arms came lose.
Do you all agree?

next does anyone have Rocker Arm Remover Installer & Valve Spring Tool
getting ready to replace the lifters as I have a tick on the passenger side.

Not enough info to agree or disagree. It could be the lock itself, or the mechanism inside the door. If the former, lube the lock with graphite powder. If the latter, take of the door panel and see what's amiss.

Inside lock should be a separate linkage. That one doesn't work either?

Can you unlock the door with the switch, to make getting the door panel off easier?

The key fob works all the locks just perfectly it's the mechanical portion with the key to the truck that doesn't work

I don't recall if the there is a physical mechanical linkage there, or if the key just trips a switch...... Pull the door panel, and see what ya got.

Attached is a pic. There should be a rod at the lock cylinder.

What engine for the rocker arms?
