Default Wiper problems

My wipers will come on with the key in the "ON" position. The control switch is off. I've tried a new control switch, a new wiper motor and tried swapping the relay out. Still doesn't fix the issue. What else could i try to fix the issue. This issue is on a 2002 Dodge Dakota SLT 4 door 4.7L 4WD.

If you pull the relay does it still come on? Removing it will bypass the CTM and the wiper delay.

I pulled the relay under the hood. The motor wouldn't work then.

Sorry, not clear.
It won't work at all? Even in low/hi?

00DakDan: They do work. While my switch/controller arm is in the "OFF" position, If i turn my key to the "ON" position the wipers start working. They won't turn off unless i pull the fuse on the inside panel or turn the truck off.

OK, the park switch is in the wiper motor so that can likely be ruled out if it was doing it before you changed it.
Try disconnecting C1 on the CTM to bypass that. It's the gray connector. Then see if works ONLY with the switch in hi or low.
