So I'm was following my girlfriend and some cars got between me and her. So we both turn on a road that was like...20 seconds from her house and i decide to speed up and catch up. It was a 25 zone and I was in 3rd gear...I'm guessing about...65mphish? So a cop comes driving down the street on the other side of the road. I slam on my brakes. I saw him do something but I knew he didn't have enough time to clock me. So once I pass him I let off my brakes. I park at her house(mistake) and he comes roaring back in his dumb charger. He ask me how fast i was going and of course im not going to tell him. I said, "idk." Hes says he clocked me at 46mph out of his rear radar! What?! since when do they have one in the back!!!

gots me a ticket!

 

He's lying out his ***. If a cop has anything in his rear it's most likely STUCK UP HIS ***

No. They do have radar mounted in the rear too. I see speed traps all the time where the cops car is parked on the side of the road facing in the same direction traffic is moving and im coming up behind him and my radar detector will go off. Also i'll be driving behind a cop and my radar detector will be going crazy, if he's driving with it on.

 

True also, they could sit in there car turned around pointing a handheld out the back window.

yes they do. i live in ri and the chargers have rear mounted radar and a front one whether it be a handheld or mounted

 

Too bad its illegal for a cop to clock you while he is driving. And In my state on State Police can use radars.
Ive gotten out of 3 speeding tickets with the " Yeah, well you were driving when you clocked me... Umm thats illegal Sir..."

 

I don't know about you guys' but in NY state if you get pulled over something is happening.
You can no longer talk your way out of a ticket.

 

They would always give me a BS none related ticket. So I wasnt ticket free, but I was point free.
