How far up into BC are you? I assume since you said "down to Kelwona" its a ways. I live in north central Washington on the border, about an hour (I think) south of Penticton
I am in Sicamous,BC about 1.5 hrs north of Kelowna. Figure it out I would meet you in Pen if you like for the cost of gas.

you'd be better off paying a friend to haul them down. That's what I did when I shipped the axles off my mk3 GTi. They both probably weighed as much as one of yours though.
Pulled out the rest of my A/C stuff from under the hood, condenser, lines, round thingy, never going to have A/C again so up for grabs if anybody needs them. Installed new trim plugs for the rear wheel liners, stopped them from flapping in the breeze.
Used it to drive to a few shops for some new shoes for the truck, got a killer deal on some 265/75R16's in the GY Wrangler Authority flavour, getting them put on tomorrow morning! I had those tires on my old Ford in 31x10.5x15 and they kicked ***, can't wait to see what they're like in 4x4(only had 2wd)

I rode snowmobiles in Sicamous when I was in high school. Had a friend that knew a guy that owned (I think he owned it) a Ski-Doo shop, name was Dale something IIRC.

Well we have H2O water sports in town he is the Ski-Doo dealer I don't know him, then we have Powder Lites, Dave and man he makes some wicked sleds, I am talking $30,000 built from scratch turbo ultralight mean machines, he does some R&D for most of the big makers.
I all the trails are within min of me, I just need a new back and neck to get back into it lol.

Neck and back eh, those things are important to ride. Is it a good thing you got that from revy though? Too many tourists ( and we would would have been included in that). We always avoided it because of the terrible theft problems. People we rode with regularly at home had issues. One of them had a four place trailer full of sleds stolen, then the dude decided to dump it over a bank lol
This should probably be in the off topic thread haha.
