Ran the old 98 in 4 lo, got her feet wet, crawled back home through the woods. K. Ran one for a long time without using 4lo and it took wd40 underneath to get it in gear.

 

Waiting for SCT tech support to call me so I can upload my new tunes on my SCT.

 

Why do you need tech support?

 

I can't upload the new custom tunes I got from Hemifever. I have to manually upload them and my computer won't show me the icon saying the SCT is plugged into the usb port. I need to install a driver software to let the computer know the SCT is plugged in...that's what I've learned...but I can't download the drivers software. My computer is a p.o.s and the section on the SCT website that deals with this problem isnt working. I can't go into any links they have, all I get is a blank tab. and tech support has been busy for the last three hours...

Stared at it... she hasnt been driven on the road in a long while. Gonna use her to haul loam and a chipper in a few weeks

 

Yeah it blows, I'm hoping tomorrow something will come through and I can upload my new tunes.

 

^Tech support stuff is never fun. At least while your waiting you can update your sig if your computer allows haha. O and today I tracked my exhaust parts that are coming.

 

fixed a vacuum leak on my truck for free

there was a point in the line under the cowl where the plastic line was in two pieces and electrical taped together... while that may have worked for a while, it wasn't good enough anymore and I had lost vent control and cruise control.

got a couple inches of rubber hose from O'reillys for free (score!) and used that to put the two halves back together.

works like a champ now. Have full vent control again, and cruise control is working again
