What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?
Bought a socket for the axle nut so I can do my ball joints this weekend hopefully. My new tires came today. They look sweet and 4 wheel parts has fast shipping. Only took 3 days. Think I'm going to get them put on next weekend. Just debating whether having the shop align it or trying it myself.
I did it myself. Then took it an alignment shop and they didn't even change anything. It was all in spec.
This morning I changed out the connectors on my e-fans.
I couldn't easily find the mating half for the opposed blade connectors that come on the fans, and the ordinary crimp on connectors that I had used where getting hot...
So I changed all the connectors for some 10gauge bullet connectors.
I bought some of these extension cables, cut them in half and soldered them to the end of the fan and controller cables... shrink tube and tywraps, it looks the part.

Started looking for a good 360 block for my 408 stroker project. What would be a good price for a good block? I found some complete engines at a local junk yard for $400, one has only 135k on it and another 175k. They have about ten total. The years ranging from 94 to 01. Would the year matter much add long as it's a magnum? What about the vehicle if came off? Anyone have any thoughts??
I think so long as it's a magnum, it just doesn't matter. Low mileage would be good, but, in your particular case, it's absolutely critical. (considering what you are going to do to it....) One that you could hear run before paying would be good.....
If you weren't so far away.... I have two 'spare' 360's scattered about the property here.

Got this from www.car-parts.com used zip 79910. I would get a 96 or newer block. There was some changes made and if I remember right the 96 or newer is what you want. Also just keep checking craigslist that was how I found my engine for $50.
