Finally installed the transfercase-saver I ordered awhile back and had been sitting on a shelf in the garage collecting dust.

Got the front Ranch Hand Legend bumper on, took a turn to Steamboat Springs -- bagged 15.09MPG for the round trip. Lovin' it.

PS, just in case anyone else cares to hang such a heavy thing on a half ton truck: The Dayton 1770lb. coil springs were a darn good guess. There's very little body roll snaking through the canyons, yet the ride is the best it's ever been. I can feel the added weight as slightly increased steering effort, but the weight has apparently brought those new coils to the sweet spot in their progression so everything is nice and stable and neither jarring nor wallowing. I won't be too surprised and not at all bothered if they settle some, but for now the nose is just a tad shy of level from the looks of it.

PPS: The front went on a lot easier than the back did. We centered the thing on the floor jack, and the wife ran the handle while I maintained balance. Then we rolled it forward, set the mounting tabs on some jack stands positioned just in front of the frame rails to get a last look, then slid it right in. Centered it up, leveled it with the Hi-Lift on the low side, and bolted 'er down. Nuthin' to it but to do it. Fkin A.

Here's a little light reading about MMT for ya to think on, if you're so inclined. It's cheaper in the long run to pay more for Top Tier, which can contain no metallic additives at all.
I honestly have filled the truck up once since I've had it, and I ran heet in the tank thinking that I had some water in the fuel

ordered my precision fit seat covers. not that my seats are in that bad of shape but I wanted to try something a little different with the inside and for $250 shipped thought it was worth the gamble.

Rotfl,
Hung exhaust today, took a 90 degree bend, and a 45 degree bend, need to exchange the wrong size clamp for the right size and buy a new one, went from the 2.5 to a 3 inch adapter and mounted the tip straight to the adapter. And I think the tip is a 4.5 inch tip, kinda anxious on how it will sound
