I gave my 1997 Ram a good wash, cleaned the interior, and removed the HemiFever tunes from my truck. Selling the truck soon, got myself a newer truck. The tuner is listed in the Marketplace, if anyone is interested.

Replacing the heater core, should have done it while I had the dash out. Also the evaporator while I'm in there.

Yup… that was my think ahead when I rebuilt my dash… do everything in there while it’s out… and use the best I could get so I don’t have to go in again for a long time.

Dropped the tank to investigate a fuel leak and it seems to be isolated to the soft line off the pump. Need to get a new line on there.

also have the rear bumper off and awaiting LMC to deliver my new bumper supports for hanging the replacement.

Wired up the 6x9s for the front doors of the 2001 2500. Built a shroud to keep the water off the speaker using the OEM speaker mounted amp shrouds and some plastics. Installed the speakers and the new wireless carplay single din HU from Atoto. Then threw on the door cards to finally get my window control back. Then figured out a way to secure the overhead console that had two broken tabs using rubber insert nuts and some 5/16 elevator hardware so that's up with 2 new switches. Then ran the wire for the backup camera (next weekend). Then installed the dash trim, cleaned the backseat and the last of the crap from the left over from the junkie that stole the truck prior to me getting it off auction. Then installed the vent visors.

It's been a trip...

Unhappy

Well, the big miles are catching up on the old Dodge, wheel bearing, u joint & shift lever needs adjustment, as well as the sloppy, floppy driver's mirror. Runs & drives great in some ways I like it better than my '18 Hemi.

Rebuilt transmission and transfer case as well. Sonnax servos and valve body upgrades/adjustments. Solid shifting, runs nice and cool. Sheeite roads and snow north of the border forced 4x4 evaluation as well. All good, very happy.
