Sweet dude where did ya get it??

As for me today I am trying to fix my plastic bumper cover. Gonna try some silicon and maybe some emblem adhesive. I hate those stupid plastic clips they break to easy. Anybody else have any good ideas to attach the plastic to the bumper??

They are just the FIAA's they sell at Advance Auto. Nothing special but when they are wired in with the stock horns they sound pretty cool. I have the same problem with the bumper cover, From the side it makes the whole bumper look twisted. One of those things that only I would notice and ALWAYS NOTICE. Let me know if you find a good solution.

I was a good samaritan today. Some guy couldn't get his Chevy Monte Carlo started at the gas station. He said last week it ran out of "water", got really hot, and developed a misfire so he and a friend replaced the headgaskets. (This guy obviously had no idea what he was doing) I popped the hood and checked the cars oil. WOW. It looked like elmers glue, no joke. He either forgot to intall the headgaskets or it had a severly cracked head. Either way, it wasn't going to start.
I offered to tow him a mile down the road to his house for $10. When we got there he gave me $20. Soooo...I bought 1/3 of a tank of gas.

When I was fixing mine , i used a soldering iron for the plastic. I had some extra broken peices and sort of welded it together, it finally has broke last week, last for almost a year. I think I might try that silicone on the backside too.
