installed new Hughes FI Airgap Kit and Holley 52mm TB changed and flushed all fulids Id say it was a Good Day

 

52mm for the 5.2 you mean? i wish i had the 5.9

 

Unexpectedly got to spend a few hours (and quite a few dollars) at the Auto Zone in another state replacing my front wheel hub assembly. The wheel bearings went to pot on me. Bummer, but at least it's done, right?

 

oh you have the 5.2 , you want the 50mm, the 52 is for the 5.9

I did this to mine at about 4am this mornin lol.... hit a washout while out messin around in the woods... I think that's what did it anyways, never noticed this til I got home. I did back up over a fallen tree on the road and it sounded like it caught somethin, but it was fairly small so I can't see it bendin the bumper like it did... it's not bad really, bent the end of the bumper and it messed up the upper and lower covers a little, broke some clips on them so I'll have to take them off to straighten the bumper and reattach them somehow...

I really thought I was gonna wake up today and find more carnage, I hit that pretty damn hard.... but everything underneath er looks good, and it doesn't handle any worse than it did before lol...

 

Installed a trans temp gauge. Works great! Wrote up a DIY and posted it for anyone else looking to do this.

 

why couldnt i do the 52 or 53?

too much CFM or what?
