Installed my remanu'ed transfercase in my offroad truck today. The cardan joint was very stiff so I went ahead and rebuilt that as well, this is probably what contributed to my cracked t-case housing. The bastard was dry and not functioning properly. All shafts are in, drove down the road and everything seems fine.

I would say the 35's are to blame.

OH WELL! Time to dump some money into an aftermarket 46RE.
You know you want one.

Nice, I would defiantly like to hear your thoughts on those.
4.10's are one of my future upgrades.

zman and 95ram360 have 4.10s.
I don't have much of an opinion yet because I haven't taken it over 2000rpm or 45mph yet.
It does pull up hills with less strain on the motor while doing 45.
I can't wait to break them in and change the oil so I can really lay into the go pedal.

I'll have to get some pictures of the differentials innards to put on here when I change the oil in about 450 miles.
