I asked him what he was looking to get out of it and he said he wasnt sure. He paid 3500 for it.. i offered 16 and that was a no go for him

It's a tough sell right now, with holidays and all. No one is gonna offer him anymore right now. It's still used... As with everything, price will decrease. You never know, closer to the holiday he might get desperate and sell. He will not get anyone here local buying that... Most probably don't even know what it is...

Let the negotiating begin!

That is still more expensive than buying it brand new... I can get one to match this truck for $2600 shipped...
