usually that means you have a leaking brake line. i drove my ramcharger for 2 or 3 month with a leaking brake line. who knows how long it could have been leaking before i got it.

And I've had all my brakes replaced in the past 2 years. Rusted steel lines aren't a problem in Texas. I will keep an eye on it, if it goes down again, I'm taking it in and having them pull the drums.

It has been going down SLOWLY for a while. I only just now noticed the pedal difference.

Used it to take my daughter to the doctors... People really need to learn how to drive.. Not even 3 inches of snow and there is wrecks everywhere... I didnt even slide unless I tried and never touched 4x4... Ok well I lied.. I used it once.. Got home and figured I would let her loose in the back field

Rear was starting to slide towards a downhill section that was a old goat/horse pasture, so I had to give up and call a tow, $50. At least I was rescued by a Cummins

you need a 4x4 already!!!!

Not all the lines are METAL though, to the brakes they are RUBBER, and Texas heat LOVES to eat rubber lines! Also if your calipers start wearing, the brake fluid will disappear seemingly suddenly. Happened here. My brake fluid is black, so desperately needs service, but they still work SOOO.....

I know, it's ridiculous!

Wouldn't have gotten stuck but was trying to pull a log up a slight incline and just couldn't get enough momentum going.
