You're welcome. We'll have to get togethor again. I'd loe to see your shop and if you ever need some help, I follow instructions fairly well.

I have to drop the tank in my RV soon. Silly engineers put a crappy fuel line from the tank to the generator that is full of cracks and sucks air like it's going out of style. 75 gallons. That's going to be a pain!

Adjusted the front band on the tranny..... it just kep tightening and tightening with my finger. Was never able to get it to torque to 72 in lbs it just kept threading in to where it was almost all the way in the trans. I backed it out to about an eighth of an inch of thread was showing and tightened the lock not. It didnt make an immediate difference as it was still holding first way too high in the RPM range. The next day, it was shifting perfect..... I am confused!

Yea, it takes too long to get a passport. And it'd have to be one hell of a deal for a 12hr ride.

If you weren't in Canada and were reasonably close I'd probably bite the bullet and buy it though.

But I've always wanted to see Canada... Not sure why...

Today I put the tank back in the truck by myself. That was fun. Had about 4 gallons in it.
Figured your truck would have already had an aftermarket draw straw since you had an airdog on it...those come with a draw straw... guess the previous owner was too lazy to drop the tank.

shoulda drained your tank the rest of the way!

had my tank in and out twice now (without help)..know all about that kinda fun.

even though I have the lift, I always do tank drops on the ground so I can just lay on my back and use my legs to support it while I get the straps under it.

do you have a fuel pressure gauge on it?

Yea I'm gonna have to drop it again when I change the rear suspension because of that front leaf spring bolt. Oh well it wasn't the worst thing I ever did. The draw straws that come with these are not the kind like I just built. They want you to just drill a hole in the top of the tank and stick a tube through it. I didn't want to do that, because I don't want to suck air when fuel sloshes. So i built this system that uses the stock pickup location. To answer your question, yes I have a fuel pressure gauge.
