Meh, I prefer M855 5.56mm steel penetrator.
I didn't wanna just poke little holes in it though. I wanted exit wounds you could toss a cat thru.

This is true, but it's sometimes fun to punch a hole through steel, and then see how many trees the round can go through.

Speaking of which, yesterday my dad bought a 12x12 1/4in steel plate.

I honestly don't doubt that.
Granted, I'm the guy that wants to lift a Crown Vic and instead of shoving gigantic wheels under it, shove gigantic tires and 16in wheels under it.

my ol putey still does alright.

it's an old nforce 780i SLI board with a QX6850 core 2 extreme I bought used off ebay several years back for a few hundred lol (*** paying a grand for a new one)

got that SOB overclocked to 3.6GHz 1414MHz FSB.

then 8GB of G.Skill DDR2 with 4-4-4-12-1T timings linked and synced to the FSB.

GTX680 video card with an 8800GTX as the dedicated physx card. 256GB SSD drive in there, 600GB vraptor drive, and a couple 750GB barracudas in raid-0.

liquid cooling on the proc, twin fan air cooler on the ram, twin frozer air cooling on the 680, and some other aftermarket cooling on the 8800.
