hell you coulda come down and dyno'ed too! we had another guy from BC with a twin turbo common rail hop the border for the dyno day he was the only one to break into the 600hp range.

I am oh so going the wrong way right now to jump on a dyno, after I put a 5 spd in it I will get on a dyno and see just what's up. After a few trips with the 60 up front I feel the need for some more get up and go and gears sooner than later, frigging thing is heavy, mpg's have gone way down and I still have the 4.56 in the rear soon to be 4.10 going to be hard on the slush box me thinks.

Any idea of how much of a mpg drop Merc?

I don't have a number but a trip that I always take went from $20 to $30 for gas. I just checked the front tire psi and the tire shop has them at 35 psi for some reason. So I will bump that back up to 45 and then see how it goes. Oh ya I am back to tire balancing beads OH crap............................

Jeez thats a bit of a drop! Hope for your sake increasing the tire PSI helps that out!

Isn't 45 kinda high? I have mine at 35

No I havent gotten the title for it yet.. Just gonna start working on it and figure that out when the time comes.. If I even put it on the road

I run 45psi in my fronts and like 35-40psi in the rears...

and yes uneven intentionally... not often that I haul a lot of weight in the back...and when I do, I air up the tires more to compensate for the weight.

front needs the extra air though as that cummins motor is HEAVY..
