I hatched in '83.

though you two are technically old enough to be my dad, my old man has years on both of you lol. He hatched in '49

So I wonder if this "net neutrality" thing means we will start having to pay to access DF?

Basically, what it means is, ISP's are free to take money to give priority to certain types of traffic. So, if you are using the wrong browser, or going to some site that didn't pay the appropriate bribes, it will load slowly, if at all.

How is that neutral at all? All the big time companies will just pay ISPs off so you're forced to use a certain browser/only browse certain pages.....etc
