WTF? What in the world ever made you think THAT? No way is it dying! It's got a lot a life in it! Certainly more than the Dodge 360! More power, smooth ride, SAFE!!!!!!!
Yeah the wiper motor went out night before we had to tow. It is getting all the usual repairs on a older vehicle. Still not too bad compared to a plenum fix on a Dodge .
Redneck, we woulda gotten a Cummmins but couldn't afford it. So would you rather we bought a Ford we could afford and kept safe or stayed with the Dodge 1/2 ton?
Edit: Not trying to be sassy just making a point.

Ford used ceramic magnet motors in these and they don't last long on gravel roads . It does need it's own work. Had we gotten a Dodge it woulda needed it's own work. At least it wasn't a Chevy or GM. Point is: Every brand has their fair share of problems.

Buying one. A premium NAPA upgraded one. Enough said. I'm liking it alot. If Dodge can make such a smooth powerful and quiet ride at a affordable price, sure we woulda gotten one. But all the 3500 dually longbox 4wd 4drs were $8K and up. too much right now.

That's right. 8K is outta the price range right now. This one came up within 1hr drive for $2500. The Dodge trucks were all at least 2 hrs away, and at least $8K. There was one I really liked, but it was 12K. Only 10K miles though and it was a Cummins, but if you don't have the money you can't buy it.
