08 Dakota QC, 4.7, 3.55 gears, 545 tranny. I average between 16-18 city, and 22-24 hwy. I set my cruise at 55 on the highway. 70mph consistently drops my economy to about 17-20mpg on the highway. What a difference a few hundred rpm's makes. People behind me tend to get pissy, but at the end of the week, I got a extra quarter tank to go play with.

THIS ^

My Ford Festiva gets good mileage at a consistent 38-41MPG. My fuel ups are around $30 and that gets me 350-400 miles. This is perfectly acceptable, except I want that number to go up
I want to break 45... then 50.. lol.
I'm not quite to the point of aero mods or spending lots of money on replacement or high performance parts that would take large gains or lots of time to break even with, though.
