I'm using essentially the same exotic blend and can report that it works very well. I have a little less water vapor than most, thanks to rigging my compressor so its intake is on the Western Slope of the Rockies.

And, gosh, if that whole goofy "bigger molecules don't leak out through the pores" thing is a significant factor, then over time I'll end up with a greater proportion of bigger molecules in there. Bonus!

I estimate that you may actually have an even higher nitrogen concentration, since the nitrogen molecules leak more slowly than your exotic blend does in general (according to certain claims that nitrogen filled tires hold their pressure longer). So over time the nitrogen concentration would build-up.

You can, but, it doesnt really make any difference. Hell, you could use CO2 to fill your tires.... but, it still leaks out.

 

Fill em up with helium so it makes your truck lighter that'll net you a couple mpgs

 

Haha just throwin an idea out there. I ain't tried it so I have the same exotic blend as the rest of you. But anyways, a light pedal foot does help alot.

 

Same mileage I get. Running 265/75/16 tires, plenum fix, upgraded cap and rotor and wires, spectre filter, 3.55 gears, etc. I got 197,xxx on the engine and the 10-12mpg's hasn't changed since I got it at 115k. Look on the bright side the 4.7L and hemi's are not doing any better and our trucks are 10+ years older.

Didn't the newer trucks have some variety of variable displacement? Shutting down a cylinder or three when not needed??
