what unit bearing should i buy

Default what unit bearing should i buy

well i gotta add unit bearings to my list of ****ing parts im gathering (trac bar, steering links, steering box, steering shaft and pwr steering pump n accessories = 1200$)


looking at rock auto i see timken bearing for 198$$

Timken will be a quality part... That's where I would be looking.

get the timken. autozone has them for $177
also check amazon, sometimes they are lower.

I thought I read on DF recently, that the Timken hub unit isn't "all that" anymore?

I've read that to zman. They sold to someone who uses a lesser quality part. They aren't what they used to be

I bought a Napa brand hub assembly a few months ago. I've only put a few hundred miles on 'em, and although it's not saying much, they're still holding up.

Two sets of locking hubs?

Where did you find that for 500???
