Wheeling a fullsize
Awesome. I've got my hose to arrive Friday. It's the Goodyear instagrip, 3/8" size. I still have to get the intake filter and oil separator filter also. I really don't want to buy them from Kilby b/c they have a premium price on them. I don't want to do the oil mod based on that configuration.
My plan is to use a pressure switch and regulator from a portable cable pancake tank/comp setup. The piston assembly died on it. Both pieces are already connected and will be able to handle the back pressure when it shuts off.
Any flaws to this you see or better $$ options?

Wh1t3Nukle,
Do you have a high temp hose to use when you come off the compressor? This is your most important part. It needs to be 3' long minimum so you don't burn up regular hose. You should use some type of one way valve to take the pressure off the head of the compressor it makes it easier for the compressor to start. You don't have to use Kilby stuff, if you go to a air supply shop they will have a lot of the parts you need.

Yes the Goodyear InstaGrip is high temp. Buddy put it in and using on his setup in LJ. It's holding up whereas the cheaper standard hose lines did blow off. The InstaGrip is also the same stuff Kilby has in it's kits.
I've got to get some Lok-on hose barb fittings. Hose just pushes on. Need a coalescing filter. I have water trap, check valves, 5 port manifold, and regulator. Received the Solzberg inlet filter today.
I might be rethinking my pressure switch. Use the porter cable one but its only 105 on and 135 psi off or the hornblaster one that is 150 psi off (iirc). Need a relay too.
I believe the stock fittings on top of the york are JIC or -AN. Will just take to a hose place and find out.

That should be all the main parts to collect. Sheesh!

Let me look thru my stuff I might have a 5 or 6 port manifold. Also there is a kit you can buy that has the fittings you need to hook the ARB air lines to. My onboard air powers up my suspension, my ARB's and then is there for tires, air tools & rubber ducky's.
I can look thru some of my links if your interested. Any pressure switch & coalescing filter will work it doesn't have to be from Kilby or other off-road shops.

Yeah I realize Kilby is not the only source. Just a good reference.
I've got a manifold.
I'm actually keeping the ARB pump (contacted ARB yesterday and they replied requesting those pics) to be used for the lockers only. It will also be a redundant air source if for some reason the York takes a dump.
Any info is still good info that you have.

Hauled concrete in on a trail b/c the Enviro ***** were able to force the Forest Service to put a bridge in on a very famous trail. A trail that is only open 2 months out of the year even! wtf....
So, the club that manages this trail, since 1979, requested volunteers to haul 80 lb bags in about 1 mile. I had time to do 2 runs, 12 bags each. Bump stops are your friend. Trail was modified for the crew's excavator to get in. :/ Yet it was still a great challenge as no fullsize has been (reportedly) on this trail. Gate to it is only 83" wide....
As a result, I got 1 new badge of courage.

Slideshow (no particular order) of the rest of pics...that still won't show it's true colors.

Found the -an couplers for the York and my hose came in Friday. Another few steps closer.

i am surprise you where able to get your truck through a gate that is 83" wide. i think i would have had to widen the gate to get my truck in. i think the top of my box is 88" wide and gets a bit wider around the body lines.
Got the ARB warrantied.

@WR -- beware that the EcoNazis are everywhere and will sooner (if not already) working WA.
@Crazy -- You are right. Here is my approximate measurement. lol

To clarify the gate a bit, here is a picture

There is a lock box on the post above the ground. The inside distance there is 83". Post to post (inside) is 88". So just have short enough tires to get under the box....or
