thats sweet what you did with the lower arms. I just ordered the tube fixed lower control arms for mine.. i honeslty am never gonna do more than the bigger coils so they should be fine. i got mine from the bushingking on ebay for 150 bucks.. You got a real nice setup going on that truck i hope to start fabricating like you are with your truck. id personaly like a big steel rear bumber for mine but the front bumber you made is litteraly perfect ha
Thanks very much boss. Yeah it's not a bad deal if you know what length arms you are targeting. Bushing arms are good.
I've still got some details to add to the front and rear bumpers. Maybe get some idears from the peanut gallery.
Completed the control arms.
Stubborn bolt and bushing sleeve. Bunch of you have experienced this.

Old vs New -- How mangled
Reused the same caster washers. Just drilled out for 5/8". Those worked out great b/c they fill the space within the caster markers. On the head side you can just press off the washer using socket and vice or BFH as it's splined.
send some of that snow to the north east! it was 57 here today, talk about a WTF! gonna be back in the 30s tomorrow, and there is some snow in the forecast!
Did you have to air down that low or was it just in case? Snow looked fairly deep, 1ft or so?
How's the rear do with the locker?
The middle part of the road has seen traffic so its got some compaction. However, still loose and icy enough to cause issues. For example, bumps that you can see in the video actually tosses the light jeeps out of the rut. They get tossed into the sides and that snow is "I have ur **** and will not let go" kind. Some of the ruts are fairly deep where diffs were draggin.
Before the video I dumped myself to the side to not block traffic. Aired up 4hi would not let me out. Aired down, straightened the front, and eased into it such that the soft snow would compact down to give traction. Nothing could hold me. Buddy's 4 door JKU on 37" Toyo M/Ts and lockers....couldn't duplicate and had to get a yankin.
I don't have a "locker" yet. Factory LSD does a great job combined with good tires.
