After much debate we've decided to go back. It sucks but things just arent working here. Must be the mountain air...

So many issues. I could write a book. I had planned to write it all out, but I'll shorten it up.

Guy living in guest house is an idiot, user, drug user, you name... Too stupid to get accepted into the National Guard, he claims it's from past juvy issues in Florida that have been cleared up.

Personally, I think he's on cocaine, he's always "snorting", and has been seen with white power under his noise, could be nothing, but there is a drug abuse history with this guy. Several years of intense therapy and tons of prescription drugs, basically he's psychotic.

My grandfather has a lot of time invested into this guy, 2 years alone to get him his friggin' driver's license. Getting ride of him has been extremely difficult.

Space is limited, it's a pretty big house, been here since the 1860's, 1865 I think to be more specific, but with 4 young kids it's just not enough for us all, my grandfather has done lots of work for USAID and has brought back lots of stuff from places like Bolivia, Bangladesh, El Salvador, etc... these things either can't be replaced at all, or would require a plane ride and a bag of cash to do so.

Stress level is at an all time high, and it's just not healthy for anyone in the house.

I could go on and on about the issues.......

I actually grew to love it in Georgia. We may find ourselves here one day in the future, I don't know....

I know how to make druggie go away........and with kids in the picture, he REALLY needs to go away. Your grandfather may have invested a lot in getting this guy to come around, but sometimes, you gotta cut losses and move forward.

I agree with gdstock..... if you grandfather has been working on him for two years.... I am thinkin' he is just pissin' down an empty hole. There is a time when it is best to just cut your losses. In this situation, I think that time passed a while back.
