I have seen folks use the A/C compressors that don't have their own oil capability. Trick is to run a 'oil bath' intake filter, so some oil is drawn in with the air. Need to make sure the reservoir doesn't run empty though.

Do non ac trucks have a different accesory drive bracket, is that why non ac belts don't work on ac removed trucks?

Yes, as already explained earlier in the thread, the idler pulley is in a different spot. I also posted details on how to get the correct belt if you want to remove the AC.
