Yeah I want the larger pipe right away. I'll look into it more or maybe I'll just cut the ball flange off the header and weld a regular flange on.

About 6 or 7 months. It did well in the mud runs I took it to haha. That truck has alot of stories and if it could talk I'd be in alot of trouble.

I figured someone had some fun with it by all the mud I've cleaned off of it haha. I'd like to hear some stories or see some old pictures If you have any.

I was going to make the exhaust with stainless steel, but my friend told me the heat from the cut off saw will make it as hard as a diamond and it will just eat up blades. Would it be fine to just use regular steel, or will it not last very long?

I live in Ontario Canada and my exhaust pipe is regular steel, not even rusted at all after a year. I see no need for SS myself. Much to expensive for my likin. Personal choice I guess.

I ran into a problem. It looks like my durango engine has only 1 coolant sensor on the intake. I looked at my truck and found the other one on the driver side of the thermostat like you said. I looked at that spot and it looks like the durango intake has the boss for that sensor. Should I just drill and tap a hole there for the other sensor?

what year is this? I could be wrong but im pretty sure i dont have a sensor to that side of the thermostat.

And also, i have regular exhaust pipe and they are not rusted at all. Its the welds that have rusted through and given me all kinds of problems

The engine is from a 1999 durango.

It looks like your intake only is made for 1 sensor like my 99 durango's. They must have went to 1 sensor somewhere along the line. I also like how you painted that. I want to do that to mine.
