So I'm going to be selling my car soon and will just have the truck (truck isn't my dd, but will be till I replace my car). Does anyone on here have a good, As-Is Bill of Sale that I can use when I sell my car?

Today I sold my daily driver, my 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GT and I bought a 2008 Subaru Legacy to replace it with.

I'm on This Facebook group for second gen dodges. And every time I tell someone to throw their old, rusted, destroyed steering stabilzer away and not waste money on a new one It causes a huge argument lol.

Now, if you don't want to fight bumpsteer get you a simple little steering stabby. But if you think it fixes death wobble, well, you're not experiencing actual death wobble.

Subarus are the **** man. How many miles? You spring for a stick? What engine? You should get 300k out of it easy. Just replace the timing belt about 125-150. If it hasn't already. I don't think they switched to chains till later. a boxer engine is an intference engine so if the timing busts your engine gets destroyed.

Also why are their no pictures.

Ham, it's got 82,000 miles. No, it's just an auto for now, standard 2.5, no turbo, wish it was though, but there are aftermarket kits for that.

I plan on doing the timing belt about 105,000, definitely wouldn't want that belt to break!

I'm going to get it cleaned up first, and then I'll post pics.

Do you know of any good Subaru forums? I'm looking for a good resource to figure out what kind of maintenance I need to go ahead and do, kind of like the plenum gaskets on our trucks.

Alas, I am not a member of any subi forums. I'm sure their are good ones out ther. Subaru makes a great product. For the dollar pretty much the best out of all of the auto manufacturers. Definetly better than the American big three.

I had an '84 Subaru Brumby (Brat)... it was great fun... did plenty of work for its size, and didn't complain...

I thought the timing belt on the Subs was 60K mile maintenance item? Definitely NOT something you want to skimp on. Watch the hose clamps on the cooling system as well. My brother had one let go...... and smoked his motor. (and that's why his WRX is sitting on blocks, out in my barn..... waiting for him to come up with the scratch to drop a new motor in it.)

The newer ones are by or around 100k.

After like 2011 or so they went to a chain.
