Yep, that's it. Maybe wait until dark, and let it idle for a bit. If you have a bad plug wire, it will be easily apparent.

There is a funny little rubber elbow from the throttle body, to the map sensor. Have a look at that feller, make sure it isn't plugging up, or cracked.

 

I checked for sparking and there was nothing and the elbow and tube were good, any other ideas?

 

The belt tensioner jumps around a fair bit, I took the tension away and the bearing felt good.

 

Check the rest of the pulleys as well. See if any of them feel kinda crunchy.

14.9 - 77.6 this was engine off, the engine light is on again I tried reading the code and it gone, it says no pending codes stored or pending with the engine light on

 

and i didnt erase it, i like having them in there for future references at least until this thing is fixed

 

Some codes will reset if the conditions that set them initially don't happen again for X number of key cycles.
