I should have mentioned I have this scanner, I thought it was kind of a joke, i may have underestimated it,
I did the test and it went up to 77.6% I did real small increments and it responded every time I touched the gas peddle all the way to 77.6%

 

That *might* be a bit low for WOT, not sure on the dodges...... but, TPS is apparently working as intended, regardless of what other tests are showing.

Start the engine, let it idle, and watch MAP values as you slowly open the throttle. (but not real far, as you need the engine running for this one.

What's that ticking noise I am hearing? Almost sounds like a leaking plug wire.

 

I am not sure, it does that every so often then goes away, I might try sea foam. it does everything look ok on the scanner? What is a leaking plug wire?

 

I looked it up, you mean as if the spark was jumping from the plug wire to part of the frame or motor, that's exactly what it sounds like, but theirs all new plugs, wires, distributor, coil on it
