When i press on gas engine slows then revs up
Hi I have a 2003 dodge van with a 5.2 liter engine
I was pulling into a parking lot and my van quit running, I coasted into the parking lot and got it started and running just enough to pull to the side, it ran like it was running on one cylinder very rough no power at all. Then I could not start it again.
I replaced the IAC valve, coil disturber, plugs, cables, TPS, I checked the MAP sensor, I was getting .7 oms reading on the two outer pins and 42.3 ohms from the center pin to either side, and still when I press on the gas it surges then revs up. Heres a video of it running
When i press on the gas peddle the valves in the throttle body open but the reves go down. I did a vacuum test to didn't seem to find anything, i also disconnected the battery for 20 min then hooked it back up and tried many times always the same result, can anyone shed some light on this problem
While waiting for the tow truck I put my phone on charge and realized both cigarette lighters had no power, I dont know if it related or not, I just thought i would mention it

There was a flashing engine light, its off now cleared by AAA but they could not fix the problem, originally the coil went bad. I removed the valve covers and turned the engine over to see if all the rockers were working and they seemed to be ok.
Yeah it is a loud ticking for sure, any ideas?

Theres only 54000 miles on this thing, I really shouldn't have these issues.
