Mopar has discontinued these check valves! Fear not, though, since Napa now carries them! Echlin part and they are now like $12.
I just ordered 2 of them from the dealership here..o.O
Also, I just replaced my PCV valve, the PCV valve tube, and checked both of the check valves mentioned in this thread. I could blow through both of them only 1 way. I assume they're both fine. Cruise control line is fine going to the servo as well.
I'm sure dealerships still have some in stock. Mine here is a Lithia Dodge and they looked and looked then the manager came over and said the part number changed and it is now discontinued. Went to Napa and the kid found exactly what I needed.

What is the part number that you got at Napa? Have you tried it yet?

All the receipt says is 2-939 but I think I may still have the little box it came in. It looks exactly like the mopar part right down to the stamping on it. It works great.
I've got the same issue. I checked my topside check valve and it holds a vacuum. So I didn't buy a new one. No cruise control either. But I do have 4x4.
I have the same issue, no vent control no cruise control but I do have 4wd. Help.
When I tested both valves, they seemed to work. So I put the new one on anyway and fixed the problem. Vents issues are the valves or lines by the passenger side, cruise is the line going under the battery and the servo.
Cruise control has it's own vacuum line, they like to crack/break/get eaten under the battery, at the cruise servo. (and the servo itself tends to get eaten by battery acid as well.)
My wild vents ended up being an actuator behind the glove box that controls a door when selecting max a/c or just a/c. The actuator was leaking so it didn't hold vacuum.
