I know this will be a bit of a stretch, but was the key in and the ignition switch in the on position when you connected the battery charger? Just trying to help.

No, but in the millisecond it takes for a fuse to blow, anything can happen.

Is there anything else in the system that can cut the power to everything? There are no fuses blown in either the pdc or the fuse panel inside the cab, and all my lights/guages/starter works.

I guess I would try a new ignition switch, then move on to the PCM. Maybe you can get one cheap at a junk yard to try.

Does it have an Cam Position Sensor. I am not fimilar with the newer Dodge trucks, but if it does have one, check it as well since it will trip the ASD Relay and cause all sorts of issues.

Another thing to think about since nobody has mentioned it yet, have you tried pulling the codes? If it can pull the codes and show some P codes, then the PCM May of survived since it is protected by a fuse or 2.

Yes it has a cam sensor, I just replaced it, also the coil was tested along with the alt after the battery charger was hooked up backwards. It has new plugs, dist. Cap, plug wires, rotor.

Also I plugged a code reader in, it hasn't thrown any cel's and there was no codes in the computer.
