go buy a couple of 12 qt cases of atf+4, 2 filters, drain plug if you don't already have one.
drop the pan, change filter, put in the drain plug, refill.
<< this uses up about 7-8 qts >>
disconnect pressure line at radiator and place it in a bucket.

while pouring fluid in dip stick, crank truck, shift to neutral, and pump that expensive new fluid out into the bucket.
<< keep up with how much fluid is in the trans. DO NOT LET PUMP RUN DRY >>
run through about 8-10 qts (2 gal)

drain, drop pan, change filter, refill. there goes 7-8 more qts.
cross your fingers and hope for the best.

I would think that disconnecting the return line at the trans, sticking a hose on there to get the fluid to a more 'suitable' location would be better. otherwise, you are not clearing the coolers, and a fair percentage of the lines........

dhvaughn, i filled and drained 4 times today, and changed filter as well...($120 of wasted fluids....I only buy castrol full syn ATF4 @ $7.99 a quart) Also i DID get a drain plug installed today, but im an idiot, put it in wrong spot, and it goes against the filter, so fluid cant drain unless i drop the pan a 1/2 inch on that side lol....

but i NEED something to flush the lines, for after i gunned it today it started shifting normal, so i know theres a build up in there,,,

when i drained it for the first time today, fluid was very light pink/ white.
second time i had leaf particles, and some little rocks
Third time was the same as second except less
Forth time i drained it was clean
Then i changed filter and installed new fluid...

you had rocks inside your trans ? hmm. i've never heard of that. learn something new every day.

the white is water.

next time you drop your pan, move your drain plug. just put a bolt/nut, washers, RTV to seal the old hole. i'll look for a picture of my location. it was in an open spot away from the solenoids, filter, etc. some people put them on the side to avoid obstacles, which is not a bad idea.

view from the rear. this was before rear main fix.

Hopefully its alright. My friend was having problems with his trans right before it went out. He said it wouldn't go though all the gears so he tried flushing it and it still didn't shift right. He let it sit for a couple days and took it out and ripped on it when it went though all the gears. After driving it for a couple days the trans went all the way out and he didn't have anything.
