Front will be easy, unbolt the shock, jack up the truck, (on the frame....) put in the spacer, bolt it all back together. If the shock bolts are cooperative, probably take you all of 30 minutes.
Rears are going to be more fun...... the nuts on the u-bolts that hold the axle to the spring hang out in a rather unpleasant environment, and like to rust up solid. If you don't have air tools, or a torch, be prepared for a serious upper body workout. Once those are out of the way, pull the center bolt out of the existing leaf spring, install the aal, and new bolt? if they gave you one, and reassemble. Replacing the ubolts is easiest, and just cutting the old ones off with a torch.....

When you do the back, before you remove the center bolt that holds the leafs together put a c clamp on each side, then remove the bolt. Also make sure you use the c clamps to pull the spring back together after you install the aal. If you don't you'll strip the bolt out. I recommend going and getting some grade 8 bolts for the tie bolts. The ****ty ones skyjacker sent me looked like pretzels when I tried to get the out. I believe it's a 3" 3/8" bolt I used.

It didn't come with longer u-bolts? You can probably get some new ones from various places...... parts stores, etc. Or, some machine shops will make them up for you, for fairly cheap.
What I usually do, is use a large c-clamp to compress the spring and such, so I can get the nuts started on the u-bolt.
