Well as for that negative comment about the spectre. This by sucks in alot of air as the comment.stated its not better than stockdue to its in he same spot i have yet to see a complaint it works great. But each his own. I hear his bay sucking in air every time i drive it. Throttle response was better havent figured out mpgs dont ever keep foot out of it. Spectre was a great buy for me and id do it over and over again for a 2nd gen

same hear!) watch the snow fly away from the intake area upon start up. throttle response is better, top end was improved in freeway passing, and damn good sounding.

Could just do what I do.
Buy the Spectre drop in filter, and leave the intake tube in the back seat.
Works great.

I neglected to reinstall mine when I was working on something else, and melted it on the exhaust manifold..... makes for a nice sized hole for air intake......

Ooops.

got the k&n drop in............. no noticable difference. taking it back... now 14x3 or CAI spectre?

So do I. 14x3 is better than stock and can be had for under $70 with a k&n filter.
