As I have had my own vib proplems in the last month i can give you some things to check, motor mounts, tranny mount, rear driveshaft u joints, ball joints, all your brakes, make sure your e brake cable is releaseing all the way, check for working rear brakes. In short put the truck up on blocks and start from the front of the truck and work your way back. Take the truck to a front end shop and have them do an inspection of the front end parts, it should be free best place to start. Check all the tires for out of round, broke belts, and that the wheels have balencing weights. I ended up with needing 4 new tires and two ball joints.
A vib can be in the front of the truck and it will feel like its in the rear but its not, check the whole truck.

This may help narrow it down, when I hit the over drive off button it feels like it wants to start shaking, but it doesn't. I tried it at all the speeds inbeween 45-60. I would get up to speed and then just barely give it any gas no shake, hit the but turned overdrive back on and it srated shaking again.

I took it to a mechanic for the hesitation and he told me that i was getting no back pressure due to a bad muffler.
Would Blown Plenum Gasket cause external oil leak? It seems to be leaking onto the oil filter.
ALso I was looking looking at the U-joints I couldn't tell if they were bad, but I noticed a plug dangling by the transmission pan that has 2 wires going into it. I can't find where it plugs in at, but it is dangling right by the neutral/reverse switch. I think so its a 3 prong plug in with a rubber cover that its dangling by but like I said it.

Sounds like some one else did a little work on your rig. Since you really don't know the history, check out this thread. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...um-thread.html
And what the mechanic said about your muffler is most likely wrong. The cat is clogged or clogging do to the oil from the blown lower intake gasket(plenum).
