Lol well my friend is running these in his 95 dodge ram 1500 (same truck as mine but red... but anyways he has no trouble with his spark plugs or anything. But will change them if i have issues and will post if i have issues. I love posting things on this forum. Everyone is helpful!

Thank u.

Edit: I have had trouble with champion spark plugs that were 2 yrs old and broke and was rusty like this one was... That is why i have mixed thoughts on them. Only thing i use champions on is the lawn mower and weedwaker. they seem to be runnin good off them but also change them every year... What motor problems did they have running these?

And that's because they had the crap tightened out of them, instead of the correct torque. That's right, there is a torque spec for spark plugs.

Painting truck black, that should help the rust on the champion plugs too.

Last time I pulled my plugs out somebody had put Bosch plugs in the them. Truck couldn't even turn tires on a turn. Put some good old Champions in em and now I have to let off the gas so I don't burn my back wheels off in a turn. And if I'm not careful on take offs from lights and stopsigns the truck will throw my head back.

Champions are tried an true. I understand your bad experience with Champions but they really are the best for these trucks.

Try starting the engine and get it hot/warmed up. Then see if they will break loose.
