Will this alarm work on my 99 dodge ram? And how hard is the install?

can't find a lot of info on them, though I have seen them for 25 bucks on other listings.

I would think the package would be marked regarding what vehicles it should work on. I would contact seller and ask them to read that part to me.

doesn't even say on it.. i went and bought it today.. if it doesn't work, i guess ill sell it again.. lol just $30 i got tons of people at school that dont have an alarm.. and ill even install it for them. people at my school aren't very smart...

How would we know? You have the instructions. I've found all aftermarket alarms and keyless entry devices to be a PITA unless you have specific wiring diagrams for the alarm and a service manual for the vehicle you are installing it on.
