Default Lack in power

2001 ram 1500 5.9 4x4 sport all stock but k&n air filter and flowmaster. 235 tires. 130k miles well taken care of / never been off road.

to me it seem to have lack of power starting from a dead stop. I can push the gas all the way to the floor and u can hear the motor open up but it slowly takes off. I can even spin a tire on rain days. And hand doing mpg its doing around 10mpg hwy. Is that bad? Just had full tune up.

Yep, that's bad.

Hows the plenum? How old are the O2 sensors? Cat plugged up? (sure sounds like it)

You should be able to do about 16 or better on the highway. My 3/4 ton can sometimes hit 18.....

Check the plenum, if it's bad, fix it. Replace O2 sensors, and check the cat. Timing chain and gears while you are doing the plenum wouldn't be a bad idea either, that was the one thing that made the most difference on my truck.

You have to put a stick up your hiney, and twirl on it first.

Edit: Aren't you supposed to be at work? LOLOL

I know what it is. There seems to be very little oil inside the intake more like a film. I been thinking of cutting my cat out but what is the pros and cons of running no cat.

Depends on emissions laws where you live. If the cat is getting plugged, you will notice immediate gains.... (oddly enough). Might set a catalyst efficiency code, but, that is easily dealt with. (non fouler write up in the faq section.) The y pipe is what you REALLY want to do something about.

Huge restriction where the two pipes blend into one. They simply crushed the 2" pipes down enough so two of them would fit into the 2.5 inch pipe leading to the cat..... Not really a good plan.
