Yup. Bolt right in, probably hook right up. It will have an additional sensor on the output shaft that you don't need, and you will likely need to adjust the linkage. Make note of the new shift pattern as well. You may be able to grab the **** from the donor vehicle, and swap out yours.

So it will go into the trans fine right

Yeah that's pretty good. I paid 125 for mine 2 or 3 years ago.

you can swap the shift mechanism inside the tc.I dont know what its called off hand but i put a 98 in my 97 and everything works but my speedometer because 98 has the sensor in the rear diff not the tc.
