haha im lifting for the view as well. ive got the westin step bars but they are so close to the cab its almost useless.

Springs and shackles came from canuck motorsports/springtech on ebay,

Doetsch is where I got the spindles from, and only got them from there because I heard such great things about them and I wanted there shocks

I have Westin Nerf bars too, I took them off for a while, I can't fit under the front of the truck with them on being it's only 4x2 and I haven't leveled the front yet.

I put them back on after I put on larger wheels and tires, but I still hate them. I'm taking them back off this weekend when I fix my dust shield on the driver's side, it's scrubbing the rotor (it got whacked while changing out the ball joints)

The truck looks cleaner without them and gives the impression it's higher then it is.

i mean i love the step bars but they are so close to thecab you can barely get your foot on them.

are their shocks working pretty well for you?

Mine are a different style then yours, not much different but they hang down plenty from the cab.

Not sure on the 2nd question??

Yep Im very happy with them....a large step over the rancho shocks that were on the truck.

considering youve had 8 posts, who cares what you think? some of us actually have reasons to put a lift on a 2wd.
