About to install a set of Gibson Shorty's, any tips?

I dont think a muffler shop can fix this area that needs to be welded. It is in a very tight spot:
The exhaust runner with the red line on it is the damaged one in these photos, the red circle is the area underneath we are gonna look at in the following pictures:
This looks more to be a severe corrosion then a crack:
......pretty nasty ****. Explains why I was feeling exhaust gas being pushed towards the driver side fender.
I am in contact with the seller and we are hopefully gonna settle this with out involving a Paypal claim.
SUCKS because the powder coating came out so nice. The passanger side doesnt leak and is in great shape.

When i was sand blasting it was just dirty and rusty in the area but extremly hard to articulate the bead blaster to get that whole area. The only reason it is really visible now is because of the silver color.
I baked it at my work where we have a large 4' circular kilm
