i just went with the plane jane oe pump. i have 177k on her right now and still have great pressure!

so its all up to you, if you feel you want to pay the extra 30~ bucks for it then go for it.

"High output"? Is that high pressure or High volume as HeyYou stated? There is a difference you know.

High output means high volume. It's just a different way of saying it.

Default Changed pan and gasket and now it leaks

I just changed out the pan and gasket (see pics of old pan which was leaking via rust) and now I have a leak at the rear seal. I followed the info in this thread including the use of RTV. I used an inch pound torque wrench. looking at my garage floor I see a drop every other day. it comes out from behind the trans cover.

I'm thinking of just tightening up the rear most pan bolts to see if it stops the leak. What do you guys think?

Clean things up really well, and see if you can find where it is coming from. Might be rear main seal, or pan.... figure out which one first.
