i would leave the inectors there. However, if you want to get a cheap set that will be an UPGRADE, then get these for 169.

19 lb/hr and they have a 4 hole design. They have a better flow pattern than my 4 hole generation IIs. The only thing is that you will need to replace the connectors (8 of them) on your wiring harness. It is a pretty crappy job because you are soldering in tight spaces.
I would just leave them alone. If they break, then get the better ones. Most of the time, when a part fails, you replace it with a better part. Just don't go over 19 lb/hr on replacements unless you have serious mods (cam/heads or turbo. But Injectors for a turbo setup will come with the kit)

I would change the filters in the ends of the injectors and the o rings; I was amazed at what I found in mine. Injectors don’t last forever they have roughly a 100,000mile life time. You can test then electrically but that won’t guarantee that they flow fuel. This is just a link to show you there are service kits out there. Also take the time to flush out the fuel rails.

Whoever is looking at making ev6 harness match ev1 injectors, I have a set of the adapters I'll part with..
As far as injectors go, I'd rec OE replacements for a stock engine.. if you have an sct tuned from hemi, write him and ask him what he has experience with tuning.. he nailed mine on the first shot.. I run FMS gen iii 22#'rs, and the curve was 6%...
