WHAT NOW, Broke Header
Cost is the problem right now and just getting past Christmas and having a 9 year old. Running short on cash right now. If it would just snow a few times I would have the money to aford a good set with no problem
If you can't weld it find a set of used exhaust manifolds for now, most likely the cheapest way to go.
Edit: The shop might also have made the duals to ridged to the truck, not enough flex in the system will crack pipes and headers as well.

I have repaired broken welds on a number of headers (30+ years ago) and cannot enviosion not be repairable unless rusted through. But a weld can be ground out and rewelded.
If you had a shop do the duals, I would do as unregistered said....take it back and let them know they caused it to break. There is a strain on there that should not be there! (and when they fix it for no cost to you, go back and tell yout wife how much money you saved!)

Don't look at ebay shorties as your answer. Those things are plagued with problems. The fit and finish is horrible and requires welding. Just weld the ones that you have now. Lay a nice bead on the crack and call it a day.
To be fair there are like 4 different manufacturers selling them on there for under $200... there is a set for about 150 that has nice welds and finish. Theres a pile of members here using some ebay ones without issues... Even pacesetter headers only claim 15hp max gains...(which likely means like half that in the real world)
others have said they even come in a pacesetter box when you order them from summit.
