This may sound stupid but check to see how the tires are worn. Like if they are more worn on the inside or if they are bald. Tires can be expensive for a truck. Least they are for 2500's
my 95 has 160k and no cracked dash. to my knowledge it didnt happen til 97-98 when cheaper plastic was used. happened in the pt cruisers and a few others in the same years.
Pretty sure it was all 2nd gen rams that had cracking dash issues, just some area's are less prone due to less sunlight. Example: My '95
The one thing not mentioned here is water leaks. Around rear window corners and same at front windows. Also that lovely camper--brake light at rear of roof. I spent a few bucks tearing out interior more than once to search and repair water leaks.
I believe all of the probable issues hve been mentioned but if that one doesn't work out, I have an 01 with 113,000 miles I am thinking of selling. PM me if interested, I am near Seven Springs.
