Broken brake bleeder screw
I have a 1999 ram 1500 4x4 with the 5.9 and the other day I was looking under the truck and noticed the passengers side rear brake bleeder screw was broken off flush and only the threads were left. Is there any way to get it out or do I Have to replace the part it goes in?
Since it already has a hole in it... you could try an easy out. DROWN it with chems first though...... aside from that, replacing it really isn't that bad. If your rear brakes are working good though, and you don't suspect air in the lines, don't worry about it until it becomes necessary.

+1, and when that time comes you can do the WC upgrade mod, if you care to.
It looks like tomorrow I will be ordering new rotors, pads, drums, rear shoes and both rear wheel cylinders. What is the wheel cylinder upgrade zman is it to a 2500 wheel cylinder or something?
The upgrade is actually to a mid 90's Chevy 1 ton wheel cylinder, it is a direct swap but has a little more braking power. There's a few threads on here about it if you want to look into it some more.
